Art
• Studies liturgical documents as it relates to Art.
• Establishes religious Art Program for the
church and grounds

Communication
• Facilitates the written communication of reports
and schedules.
• Provides drawings, documents and minutes
of meetings to the parish

History & Archives
• Documents history of the parish, church
building, etc.
• Prepares and catalog existing iconography,
statuary and other works of art

Hospitality
• Provides for the set-up and refreshments
for workshops, meetings, etc.
• Arranges audiovisual equipment, conference
table layouts, etc.

Inclusion
• Address the essential need that all forms
of the liturgy be completely
accessible to persons with disabilities
• Accessibility within site and buildings

Liturgy
• Studies liturgical documents regarding
  worship spaces
• Evaluates existing worship space as it relates
   to the documents
• Analyzes sacraments and the ritual action
   within those celebrations

Prayer
• Composes parish wide building prayer
• Provides leadership in prayer at meetings

Stewardship/Building/Finance
• Develop Parish Vision Statement
• Fund Raising
• Time, Talent and Treasure
• Reviews and establishes Maintenance
procedures for building & grounds

Youth
• How parish can benefit from children attending
  Eucharistic Celebration?
• Experience full impact of worship space.
  Artwork, access, etc.
• How the youth can be full conscious and active
   participant in the liturgy?
