Permission Forms
In order to participate in Summer activites, a permission slip must be filled out and signed.  We will need parents to chaperone!!  Please indicate on your permission slip if you are willing to chaperone. Click links below to download appropriate permission slips.

• Being a peer minister is a selfless and humble ministry in which a very special group of teens are dedicated to spreading the gospel to their peers. This commitment is not easy, and requires a personal commitment on their part, to be a constant reminder to the youth of our parish of what a true disciple is. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful group of Peer Ministers here at St. Mark!
  
  
• A special thanks to Brenda Boehm, our dedicated Snack Mom, who spends countless hours lovingly preparing, organizing, and always ready to lend a smile when needed!
  

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM

• We also owe a tremendous “thank you” to our Middle School Adult and Youth Leaders who help with Coffee House on Wednesday evenings.

Coffee House is a great way to talk about your faith, and to learn why we believe what we do. Join us for games, snacks, activities, testimonials by other teens, meet new people and share your faith!
